How do I add cutlery?

Adding cutlery to your menu

Cutlery will display on the Review Order page 

1. Add a category to your menu
2. Add category name "Cutlery" - this will not display to users 
3. Select the Category type code "Cutlery"
4. Select Upsale Only - this is important so that the category does not display on your menu
5. Click Save
6. Go to ITEMS tab
7. Go to the Cutlery category you just set up 
8. Add 1 menu item with name of Cutlery item (ex. Cutlery, Cutlery set, Fork, Spoon etc)
9. Add price to item 
10. Publish item

The cutlery button should now display on the review order page
