During the holidays, availability hours may vary. In order to change the hours for these specific days, you can use the ‘Holiday Schedules”/ Edit Special Hours tool.
Setting up Holiday Hours
For 1 Location
1. Go to Brands & Locations
2. Enter the location name or ID in the search
3. Find the location and click Edit Special Hours
4. Select dates and click Show
5. Select options

- Closed - will close all order types at that location for selected dates
- Take-out Closed - will only close Take-Out ordering for selected dates
- Delivery Closed - will only close Delivery ordering for selected dates
- Quick Order Closed - will only close quick order ordering for selected dates
- Dine-in Closed - will only close Dine-in ordering for selected dates
- Special Hours - will apply special hours for selected dates
7. Click Save
For multiple locations
If you need to setup holiday hours for multiple locations, you will still need to set them up one by one.
To make this process quicker, select your brand from the dropdown menu then click Holiday Schedules.
Follow the steps listed under "For 1 Location" for each location.
Special hours for locations open past midnight
If a location has hours open passed midnight (ex. 6:00 am-4:00 am), operators need to set up holidays hours appropriately to properly close the location.
If location hours are typically Monday/Tuesday 6am-4am, and you want to close the location for Monday/Tuesday 6am-4am, you need to set up as outlined below:

Close the location for Monday (the calendar day)

Set special hours for Tuesday 6:00 am-4:00 am
In this case, users will not be able to order from 6:00am Monday through 4:00am Tuesday.
Delivery Networks
Special Hours are compatible with the delivery networks. Once you set up special hours for a location, no further action is required. The special hour will automatically be updated on the delivery networks.
