Feature Description
Setup Hours of Operations are informational to the customer and indicate when the location is physically opened. It will be displayed on the location cards or the location details on the web and app.
Backoffice Setup

Open the Back Office and go to Brands & Locations

Select a location by clicking on the pencil icon.
2. Under Contact & Hours, go to Hours of Operations and click on Add hours. If the hours are set for all the days of the week, click on the cross to remove the hours that are set and click on Add Hours.
3. Select the days you want to set up and select the hours you want to set using the arrows. Repeat until all the hours are set and then click on Save and Publish in the top right corner of the page.
IMPORTANT: make sure you have the AM and PM set up accordingly. The AM/PM can be changed by clicking on the AM and PM as displayed below:
4. The Hours of Operation will also need to be changed on the Menu level to reflect the days and hours guests will be allowed of placing orders. You can see how to change the menu hours here.
Note 1: both the hours of operation on the location page and the menu availability on the menu page need to be changed when you update the hours.
The hours of operation on the location page are informational to the customer and indicate when the location is physically opened.
The menu availability is what actually controls when online orders and Uber orders can be placed and as such, is more important.
Note 2: the hours published on Uber come from the menu availability, not the hours of operation on the location page. The Uber menu is the menu that will be published on Uber.
