Summary
- Outpost delivery enables customers to specify their delivery location and delivery time from a list of pre-defined options.
- This feature is typically used by operators who service campuses with meal programs. Time-slot delivery enables them to set up a simple delivery system.
- For example, if a lunch delivery program is offered on a large business campus, employees are able to order their meals and tell operators where and when they want it delivered.
- If you are an employee in Building A, Marketing Wing, Room 100 - you can select these choices on the app and have your lunch delivered right to your location.
- Outpost delivery is available on websites and mobile apps. Please note, some features are compatible with V2 app only.

8. If there are more layers to your delivery point setup, click Add Level 2.
You can add as many levels as you need. For example, you might want the user to select a building first, then their floor, then their room number. That would require you to set up 3 levels.
Add Time
Once you have set up all your levels, you can add the delivery time options.
9. Click Add Time
10. Select the days of the week outpost delivery will be available
11. Select the time selection type:
- Cutoff & delivery time - Use this option if you have a limited number of times you will be delivering. Each delivery time will have a cutoff time. For example, you can deliver at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. Users must order before the 10:00 am, 11: 00 am and 12:00 pm cutoff times respectively.
- Start & end time - Use this when you can deliver any time between a start and end time. This is typically used for events. For example, you can deliver any time between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Users can select any delivery time between those times.
Please note, that whichever time selection type is selected for your first setup will be the time selection type applied to all delivery points for this location. If you want to change the time selection type for a location, you will have to re-configure all delivery points.
12. Click Save button
Once you have set up all your delivery points and delivery times, click Save to save all your changes.
