How do I set up allergens for the allergen filter?

Summary

The allergen filter is a feature on our apps that enable end-user to select ingredients they may be allergic to and view which items contain those ingredients.

Please note, your app needs to be configured to support this feature. Please contact your Tacit project manager to confirm this feature is supported. 

Setting up allergens 

Location preferences

1. Go to Brands & Locations

2. Select Edit Location

3. Go to Preferences 

4. Scroll down to Menu Display

5. Select Display Allergy Info

6. Save your changes

Menu items

1. Go to Menus

2. Select your Brand and Location from dropdown menu

3. Navigate to  a menu item

4. Select edit (pencil icon)

5. Go to Nutrition

6. Scroll down to Allergy Information

7. Select the allergens that apply to this item 

8. Save your changes
