Summary
- You can message customers from the order monitor by setting up pre-set messages.
- User messages can be set up in the backoffice under Notifications > User messages.
- Messages can be sent via e-mail by default or SMS if you have integrated a Twilio account.
- You cannot message customers who have placed UberEats or DoorDash orders through the back-office.
Messaging customers

Go to the Order Monitor tab

Select Brand and Location from the dropdown menus

Orders for the current date will load

Navigate to the customer order

Click the MESSAGE button

If you have the SMS option setup, use the toggle to switch between sending as SMS or E-mail

Select one of the preset messages

Click Send Message button to send message to customer
