Delay orders

Go to the Order Monitor tab
-
Select Brand and Location from the dropdown menus
-
Orders for the current date will load
- Select the gear icon on the top right of page
- This appears next to the download production report and refresh orders icons
- Select your desired delay under 'Delay future orders by'
- Options presented are: 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min
- Click on Save Changes
Note: Delay ONLY applies to orders that have not yet been placed. Submitted orders will not be affected.
Note: Override will ONLY apply for the chosen number of minutes. It will be removed after the allotted time.
Note: If lead time 'Delay' is less than the current lead time, the lead time will be reduced.
Cancel delay early
- Select the gear icon on the top right of page
- Select the CANCEL button
- Click on Save Changes
Note: If delay is not cancelled, it will expire at the date and time stated. After this time, guests will be able to order with the regularly scheduled lead time.
Change lead time
- Select the gear icon on the top right of page
- Adjust the current pickup, delivery, or delivery network lead time
- Times are in minutes
- Click on Save Changes.
Notes: Updating the lead time here will also update the lead time on the settings tab of the location.
