Overview
In the Order Monitor, orders can be filtered by;
- Date Range
- Order Number
- Name
- Phone
- Order Type
- Order Status
- Event Name/Delivery point
This makes it easier for operators to find specific orders or patterns for investigation.
Viewing orders
- Go to the Order Monitor tab
- Select Brand and Location from the dropdown menus
- Orders for the current date will load
- Select a date or date range if required
- The default date will be the current day, order will automatically display
- Search for a specific order using the filter
- Click on More details to see the items, modifiers, subtotal, tax, discounts and order total
Filter orders
The default filter will search by order number. For POS connected locations, successful orders will share a check number with the point of sale.
Search for orders using the filter
- Select the filter icon to the right of the search bar
- Choose from the following options:
- Order number
- Name (customer first name or kiosk/device name)
- Phone
- Order types (dropdown)
- Order statuses (dropdown)
- Event name/ Delivery point
- Type in your value or select an option from the dropdown menu
- Click Search to filter or Cancel to exit the search filtering tool.
- Click Search to populate your results.

- Layer multiple filters for a detailed search
- Type in labels to search the dropdown filters
