Overview
The Order Monitor is a back-office interface that enables users to monitor their online orders in real time. It can be used as a backup when kitchen printers are not available. All orders from different platforms will appear in the order monitor (ex. Web, App, Aggregators). Orders can be viewed and managed from the Order Monitor tab as they come in and as their status changes.
Viewing Orders
- Go to the Order Monitor tab
- Select Brand and Location from the dropdown menus
- Orders for the current date will load
- Select a date or date range if required
- Orders from the current day will automatically display, and will reload once a different date range is selected.
- Search for a specific order using the order number.
- You can also use the filters menu next to the search bar to filter orders by order type, name, email, phone, or status.

- Click on More details to see the items, modifiers, subtotal, tax, discounts and total amount of order
Viewing Order Details
- Go to the Order Monitor tab
- Select Brand and Location from the dropdown menus
- Orders for the current date will load
- Navigate to an order card
- Click on More details
- The Payment method, items in the order, subtotal, taxes and order total will all be displayed here.
- Click on Less details to contract hide the order details
