How do I create FAQ?

 

Feature Description

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is a feature that allows you to answer questions that customers typically have about your company, menu, app etc.

Backoffice Setup

1. Go to the Notifications tab > FAQ

2. Click on Add New button

3. Enter Title (it will be displayed on the back-office only)

4. Select your Client App

5. Select Language

6. Click Add Post

7. Enter the Frequently Asked question

8. Enter the Answer to the questions

If you have multiple FAQs you can move the order in which they appear. For the most frequently asked questions, you may want to move those to the top of the list.
