User Messages
User messages are messages that can be sent to users from the order monitor. User messages are set up by location and sent from each order in the order monitor.
We can send users messages via email or SMS. By default, we send messages to customers via email.
To send messages via SMS, you will need a Twilio or Zingle account and we will need to configure the integration.
Creating User Messages
- Go to the Communications tab
- Select your brand/location
- Click ADD NEW button
4. To set up an email message, select USER EMAIL. To set up an SMS message, select USER SMS.
5. Enter the message in English and in French (if applicable)
6. Click SAVE
