Overview
Price Refreshes are used for integrated locations to pull the latest prices and menu items from the location’s POS. They are also used for newly integrated locations to establish a connection between the POS and backoffice.
When Price Refreshes are failing, it indicates that your POS was disconnected at the time of the Price Refresh, which will likely cause issues with ordering if the POS disconnection persists.
Refresh Pricing
Go to the Operations section in backoffice.
Select a Brand and/or Location from the dropdown menus.
Go the Refresh Pricing section
Select one more multiple locations
Click UPDATE button to refresh pricing
Wait until you see the Updated status in the Actions column.
- You should see the updated pricing and/or menu items reflected in the Menus section of backoffice for the applicable location(s).
