How do I build cache with a blocking error?

Summary

The Blocking Error occurs if another cache build is currently in progress. This may mean that another user is refreshing the cache. Alternatively, this could mean that the cache build was only partially completed the previous time before exiting the page.

Right now another user is refreshing the cache. You can load the cache build log to see the progress.

Blocking Error

1. In the pop-up, select Show.
2. The blocking error will need to run for 1 minute. If no activity is detected (indicating the previous cache build was abandoned), the Delete button will become available in the bottom left corner of the popup.
3. Select Delete to clear the block.

You may now follow the steps to refresh the cache.
