The following articles describes how to mark items as unavailable in the back-office.
Navigate to Menu Availability

Go to the Operations tab

Select Menu Availability
Search for an item or modifier

Using the search bar, enter the item or modifier name you are looking for

Click on Search button

Matching results to your search will show below

From there you can mark the item as available/unavailable
Note: You cannot search for a price level
Mark item as unavailable
1. Select your brand from dropdown menu
2. Select the location from dropdown menu
3. Locate menu
4. Click + button to view categories
5. Click + button to view items in category
6. Locate item
7. Click on gear icon
8. Select Unavailable
9. Select the Channels you would like to make menu unavailable for
10. Select Unavailable Time
a. Today will mark the item as unavailable until the closing hours of the location. The item will be available again when the store opens the next day.
b. Permanently will mark the item as unavailable indefinitely until manually marked as available again
11. Click Save Changes
Mark Modifiers as unavailable
1. Select your brand from dropdown menu
2. Select the location from dropdown menu
3. Scroll the bottom of the page to View Modifiers
4. Click + button next to Modifiers to expand and view modifier groups
5. Click + on each modifier group to view modifiers
6. Locate modifier group or modifier
7. Click on gear icon
8. Select Unavailable
9. Select the Channels you would like to make menu unavailable for
10. Click Save Changes
Remove Unavailability

Select your brand from dropdown menu

Select the location from dropdown menu
3. Click REMOVE UNAVAILABILITY button to remove unavailability across all menus, categories, item and modifiers for the selected location
Refresh Unavailability
- Select your brand from dropdown menu
- Select the location from dropdown menu
- Click REFRESH UNAVAILABILITY button refresh unavailability
